Booking & cancellation policy.
These published terms follow our season rate sheet. Reservations will provide your final quotation and confirmation.
Availability and confirmation
Rates apply for the stated season and are subject to availability. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation is issued by reservations by email.
Payments
50% advance is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. Payments are accepted through NEFT, IMPS or RTGS using details supplied by reservations. Cash deposits and post-dated cheques are not accepted. Share the payment confirmation by email. For bookings made close to arrival, confirm the payment schedule with reservations.
Stay terms
Check-in 2:00 PM; check-out 10:00 AM. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. Management reserves the right to revise rates without prior notice; confirm your quote before paying.
Cancellation
The rate sheet specifies: 20 days before arrival, no cancellation charges; 15 days before arrival, one night’s retention; 10 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount. No-show: 100% retention. Non-refundable reservations: no refund.
For dates between these listed cut-offs, confirm the applicable charge with reservations before booking.
